Shipping policy
At Weck Jars Envy we take care & pride in the way we pack & ship.
There is 2 different steps involved in our shipping:
- Packing: Order verification, quality check and packing. All orders are sent to our warehouse within 12 hours after the order is placed. Our shipping department hand your package to the carrier within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The delivery standard for regular shipping sent inside Canada is: 2 business days for local shipping. 3 business days within the province. 4 days for national shipping, but can take longer from time to time (depending on parcels volume and time of the year). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over $100. A flat shipping fee of $15 will apply to all orders under $100.
** Please note that, on some rare occasions (holidays, flash sale), the packing time could take a little longer, up to 10 business days

Return/Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at return@weckjarsenvy.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Issue with the item
If you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and refund the price of the item as well as the shipping fee.
Changed your mind
If you change your mind or don't need the item anymore please contact us as quick as possible so that we can catch and cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order is already shipped when receiving your return request we will ask you to pack and ship the item back to us (at your charge), once we receive it and inspect it we will refund you for the price of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective or damaged we will offer you the choice between a refund and a replacement item (a picture of the item will be required). If we sent you the wrong item we will immediately send you a prepaid label to return the item and send you the proper one.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately we can not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
